Our Feedback Procedure
At Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Ltd, we appreciate the time taken to contact us with a query or complaint. We take all feedback on board and make changes where needed to improve our customer service and fundraising practices.

Timeframe of response for complaints
We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 3 days of receiving an email or within 14 days of receiving a letter.
We will advise you of the outcome of our investigation into the complaint within 30 days.
The response times mentioned above are maximum response times; usually someone will get back to you earlier than this.
Our procedure
We will endeavour to resolve your concern as promptly and as amicably as possible.
Each complaint or issue raised is recorded to ensure that we are taking action to resolve, review and revise our practices.
Escalating a complaint
In the event that you are not happy with our response, you should refer the matter to our Board via the Chairperson, Paul Learoyd (chairperson@wildlifefundraising.org) and/or contact the Fundraising Regulator at the address below within 2 months of receiving our response. We will in turn ensure that all correspondence is on file and that this can be made available to the Fundraising Regulator if the complaint is pursued further.
